When you have an update you want us to take care of, you just need to email us the details. Typical turnaround is 24 hours. If it will take longer than that, we’ll let you know.
We track time in 15 minute blocks
A package is good for up to 12 months from the date of purchase
We maintain a log of all tasks which you can access at any time to see your balance
Maintenance work includes
Adding content (pages, images, video, etc)
Creating visual elements (banners, buttons, etc)
Technical support and training
Patching of plugins (license fees are billed separately)
